See what’s happening, without having to ask

Arrival, departure and every task are recorded at the visit. Caregiver updates are reviewed by our office, then shared with you.

  • Arrival and departure, as they happen

Every check-in and check-out is recorded on the phone as it happens, even where there is no signal.

  • Every task, as it actually went

Completed, declined, not needed or not possible, with the reason picked from a set list at the time.

  • What the caregiver noticed

Notes on mood, appetite and anything that changed, reviewed by our office and then shared with you.

  • Only what you’ve been given

Family access is granted per person and per category by whoever holds decision-making authority, and can be withdrawn at any time.

  • Who has opened the file

Every time someone at our office opens a client’s record, it’s logged, and the client can see that log in the app or ask us for a copy.

  • The care plan, and shared documents

The current plan and anything shared with you, all in one place, not scattered across email threads.

Built to protect the record

  • Nothing quietly rewritten

Visit records are never edited or deleted after the fact. A correction is added alongside the original.

  • Notifications never say what happened

A push notification says you have a new update. It never says what the update is, because a phone screen can be seen by someone standing beside you.

  • Stored in Canada, governed by BC law

The care record is stored in Canada and governed by BC’s Personal Information Protection Act, with a named privacy officer you can contact directly.

What families ask about the app

How do I know the visit actually happened, and what was done?

Caregivers check in and out on their phone and record each task as it is done. Families with permission see that record in our app: who came, when they arrived and left, and what was done. Notes from the caregiver are reviewed by our office before they reach you. The client can also see who at our office has opened their file, in the app or by asking us.

Who can see my information?

Only people with a reason to see it, and only the categories that have been shared. Family access is not automatic: it is granted per person and per category by whoever holds decision-making authority for the client, and it can be withdrawn at any time. The care record is stored in Canada, we are governed by BC's Personal Information Protection Act, and we have a named privacy officer you can contact directly.
