Start there: it is income-tested, and if it meets the need it costs less than we do. Where the assessed hours or the schedule do not cover the situation, that is where we fit.

Coming home from Lions Gate
Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver serves the whole North Shore, and most West Vancouver discharges come from there. Specialist care often means Vancouver General, across the bridge. Our hospital to home service covers the first weeks back, including getting to follow-up appointments.
