Everything for the visit, nothing left for later

What you need at the door, recorded as it happens.

  • Check in when you’re actually there

Check-in opens when your phone confirms you are at the address. It protects you in a dispute as much as it protects the client.

  • The plan for this client, this visit

Every task laid out for the visit, with anything needing extra care clearly labelled.

  • Your schedule, and shifts you can claim

See what’s coming two weeks out, and pick up a released shift yourself instead of waiting for a call.

  • A wellbeing check that actually happens

A check at the start and end of every visit, and at set times in between where a home’s risk calls for it. Miss one, and the office follows up.

  • Notes at the door, not at the kitchen table

A checklist and a note, recorded in seconds while it’s fresh, not written up from memory hours later.

  • Works with no signal

Record a visit with no signal at all. It sends when your phone reconnects.

What caregivers ask about the app

How much paperwork is there?

Very little, and none of it at home. You record tasks on your phone as you go, and it works with no signal.

I will be working alone in people's homes. How is that handled?

We follow a written WorkSafeBC working-alone procedure. Every visit starts and ends with a wellbeing check, homes where the risk calls for it get checks at set times in between, and the office follows up if you miss one. You are told about known risks at an address before you arrive, and anything you report is passed on to everyone assigned there.
